Preparation

Passport — valid at least 6 months from entry date and with a blank visa page.
Visa — most nationalities can get a Tourist Visa on arrival or apply via Nepal’s e-visa portal before travel; check exemptions for a few countries. Carry a printed copy of any e-visa confirmation.
Photocopies & photos — 1–2 passport photocopies and 2 passport-size photos (some temple offices / hotels may ask).

Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu

Location: Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy free time exploring the bustling Thamel area if your flight arrives early. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing

Location: Kathmandu

Start your day with breakfast and visit some of Kathmandu’s most revered landmarks, including the Pashupatinath Temple, Guhyeshwari Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Budhanilkantha Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Return to the hotel in the evening.

Day 3 Kathmandu to Chitwan via Manakamana Temple

Location: Chitwan

After breakfast, drive to Chitwan with a stop at the Manakamana Temple, accessible by cable car. After checking in to your hotel, visit the Elephant Breeding Center and enjoy a Tharu Village Walk. In the evening, experience the Tharu Cultural Show.

Day 4 Jungle Safari in Chitwan

Day 5 Drive to Lumbini, Sightseeing in Lumbini

Location: Lumbini

Continue your journey to Lumbini. Explore the spiritual heart of Lumbini, visiting the Mayadevi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, and monasteries in the Lumbini Development Trust.

Day 6 Transfer to Pokhara

Location: Pokhara

Transfer to Pokhara afterward and witness the evening Aarati at Fewa Lake.

Day 7 Pokhara Sightseeing

Location: Pokhara

Wake up early for a spectacular sunrise at Sarangkot. After breakfast, visit Seti Gorge, Bindabasini Temple, Davis Fall, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, and enjoy boating on Fewa Lake. Visit Tal Barahi Temple before an afternoon of free time to shop and explore Lakeside, Pokhara.

Day 8 Pokhara to Kathmandu

Location: Kathmandu

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu and enjoy your last evening in the city.

Day 9 Departure from Kathmandu

Breakfast at Hotel and transfer to airport for departure
