For restricted area permits and Tibet/China Group Visas for Kailash Mansarovar Yatra, Samrat Tours & Travels facilitates application on behalf of travelers, subject to government approval. We cannot be held liable for visa or permit delays or refusals by respective foreign embassies or authorities.

4. Health, Fitness & Traveler Safety

High-altitude journeys like the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra and Himalayan treks require sound physical health and medical fitness.

  • Travelers must consult their physician before undertaking high-altitude treks or pilgrimage journeys.
  • Comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering emergency medical evacuation (including helicopter rescue) is mandatory for all high-altitude trips.
  • Our tour leaders reserve the right to alter itineraries or decline participation if a traveler's health poses a risk to themselves or the group.

5. Itinerary Alterations & Force Majeure

Himalayan travel and pilgrimage journeys are subject to weather conditions, border regulations, roadblocks, flight delays, and natural events. While every effort is made to adhere to the published schedule, Samrat Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries in the interest of safety and operational feasibility.
